Post-Secondary & Graduate Students
Having gone through the process of undergraduate and graduate school ourselves, as well as supporting numerous college and university students throughout our careers, we know what it’s like to struggle while in school.
Attending post-secondary school is a major life event. You are adjusting to many new changes at once – potentially to a new city, country, or culture, as well as making new friends and managing new responsibilities.
For the first time, you may be managing your own time, trying to keep a schedule, or falling behind in an endless pit of assignments. Many students feel lonely or homesick. Unfortunately, emotional burnout is all too common in students.
It is possible to thrive in school and feel happy, satisfied, and confident as you work towards your academic goals. We provide clinical assessment and individual therapy services to students who are looking to improve their mental health during their studies.
